Long term goals include an international career in IT research, development and analysis. Interested in dynamic companies with diverse work environments, preferably with career opportunities and possibility for personal development.

Profile

Background in the academic world accompanied by parallel work in web design, programming, IT-related analysis and middle management. I often try to exceed the expectations when designing and analyzing, while at the same time finding the most effective methods of work. Knowledge and experience from a number of software packages and programming languages.

Career

Systems Developer and Technical Contact for New Products

Momondo.com (Copenhagen in 2007. London, UK 2008 – current)

Acted as local contact toward partners in UK.

Back end + Front end with ASP.net (C#), JavaScript (AJAX), XML, SQL 2000/2005, CSS, HTML – working with Web Services, Community Server, tinyMCE, Google maps and other tools.

Created Web Services for vertical search engines – comparing hotels and car rentals across multiple sites. Created new partnerships and handled updates for existing ones.

Created a geocoder to use multiple online geocoding services, also a maps mashup with multiple external information services for photos, events, attractions etc.
