Hi and welcome to my site. I’m Emil Hunefalk - a recent graduate of the IT University of Copenhagen where I got the title M.Sc. in IT, Multimedia Technology. My most researched technologies include Computer Vision and Computer Graphics, while also having success in programming, wysiwyg interfaces (Photoshop, 3ds Max, Director Shockwave etc) and a number of programming and scripting languages.

Beside the advanced technologies I’ve taken care to keep updated in the softer sides of IT, with some extra focus on Usability and GUI design. My B.Sc. thesis was done in 2004, creating a 3D environment from a park in Helsingborg, Sweden and letting people navigate through the park online - and creating controls with focus on the Usability. The M.Sc. thesis focused more on the technology, to create 3D models automatically from multiple photographs, and inserting these models in a video to show how an environment once looked or how it could look in the future.

After my studies I’ve started working in Copenhagen as a developer at web 2.0 travel search engine momondo, using ASP.NET/C# with Web Services, XML feeds, AJAX, SQL etc. This has also led to a move to the Danish capital, and I am now enjoying life there with photowalks, relaxing cafe visits and challenging programming/designing.

My purpose for this site is to share my knowledge in various IT related fields, while also showing some more creative sides and writing about my travels from time to time. Most of the knowledge comes from 5 years of university studies accompanied by parallel work in IT, mostly web.

Thanks for the tip on NUMBR!
I have used numbr(s) already, and think of it as the easiest way to sell online and protect my anonymity. Their call management features are a bonus!
I’ve also send a lot of feedback to the founders, and they are:
      (a) thankful and genuinely keen on hearing from me/users
      (b) amazingly agile in building in the right set of useful features!

All I had to do was send an email to: info@numbr.com
